The combination of exquisite taste, delicate aroma, and remarkable presentation provide the perfect base for a new aesthetic of cocktail creation and enjoyment.

Since 1908, discerning travelers from around the world have fallen in love with the Fairmont Empress Hotel for its grandeur and picturesque vistas overlooking the Inner Harbor. The hotel’s incomparable tea service in particular inspired the creation of Empress 1908—a tradition that is made unforgettable thanks to the curation of an exclusive collection of seasonal, handpicked tea leaves, blended to create the perfect cup. By taking a classic Empress tea and coupling it with carefully sourced botanicals, Victoria Distillers has created a unique gin that pairs traditional juniper notes of a London Dry with a modern flavor profile. The result is a gin that is at once delicate and opulent.

Butterfly pea blossom gives Empress 1908 its distinct indigo hue. The pea blossom imbues the gin with a warm herbal earthiness that balances traditional citrus notes and yields a rich pigmentation.
