Can you sit this safely on a wood deck?Yes, it can be safely used on a wood deck.
Will this rust if left outside?We recommend covering the Heater when not in use and removing the ashes and pellets after every use to prevent rusting.
How do the pellets feed into the burn chamber?Open the Pellet Chute and adjust the lever to the "low" setting. Spray a small amount of lighter fluid on the pile of Pellets and light with a match or lighter. Close the front glass door and enjoy!

Any heat protection from surface temperature of base container?No, the surface will be hot to touch.
