The F.I.T. Roller is a revolutionary self-massage tool that enhances your overall performance. Simply add hot or ice-cold water to the F.I.T. Roller to take advantage of temperature therapy and soothing massage. The roller's highly conductive material heats up or cools down in just seconds so you can get right down to massage sore muscles, and maintains that temperature throughout the session. The F.I.T. Roller comes with a padded sleeve and carrying case that will add extra cushion and insulation to the Roller for customized comfort.

To roll, apply moderate pressure to a specific muscle or muscle group using the roller and your bodyweight. Roll slowly. When you find areas that are tight or sore, pause for several seconds and relax. Roll out those areas until you feel the muscle release. If an area is too painful to apply direct pressure, shift the roller and apply pressure to the surrounding areas.

How much hot/cold water does it require for activation? What are purposes of the sleeve and the carrying case besides carrying?

One cap full of either hot or cold water is needed.
The sleeve and carrying case can be used over the roller to create a buffer between direct contact with the roller and skin, and the sleeve also helps wicker the water condensation.
