The Flothetta Cap is designed to help you experience floating relaxation that gives you freedom from all external distractions. Surround yourself comfortably in water to create a weightless body to experience for deep, nourishing relaxation.
While floating, the whole chemistry of the body changes. Muscle tension reduces, blood pressure and heart rates drop dramatically, and stress related chemicals are removed from the bloodstream and replaced by beneficial ones. Floating also has a great effect on the mind as the deep relaxing activity sets the brain to a theta state, which is a deep and healing state normally achieved in deep meditation. All these biochemical changes occur naturally with Flothetta—just lie back and float into deep relaxation.
This Weightless Edition has aqueous and infinite floating patterns designed by Icelandic visual artist Siggi Eggertsson.

Note: This is NOT a safety device. Non-swimmers should NOT take it into deep waters or depend on it for safety. Non-swimmers should only use it floating in shallow water, where one is able to stand with head well above the water.
FAQ
It's a bit tricky to say since it depends on body type. For a very muscular person, an extra support is often needed, fewer muscles and more bodyfat a Float cap and two leg support will do.
