How does this work? Do you freeze the sleeve? Is it washable, machine or hand?

The whole product is placed in the freezer. No gel inserts, ice, etc. an easy one-step process. To clean, simply wipe down with an anti-bacterial wipe. It CAN NOT be submerged in water, so no washing machine.
