Do you know the approximate time it will stay cold before you need to refreeze it?

It takes around 90 minutes in the freezer to reach its optimal cold temperature. Freezer temperature should be placed on the lowest setting. The sleeve will provide around 20 minutes of cold therapy time. Over those 20 minutes, the sleeve will acclimate to the user's body temperature thus eliminating the risk of freezer burn to the skin or any muscle or tissue damage.
