"Vitas Brevis, Astra Petas"... It means "life is short, seek the stars"—and in this case comes engraved in the style of Futhark Runes (effectively our 2nd-8th century alphabet). According to designer Allison Hourcade, the medallion is steeped in antiquated alchemy. In addition to the Latin motto, the Zodiac symbols for SUN and MOON flank either side of the shank. The center contains a Rainbow Druzy gem. The underside features a cutout symbol for SATURN, with gold plated brass peaking through.
