These socks are inspired by the original ‘Dandy,’ Beau Brummell, who is credited with introducing and establishing the modern man’s high fashion suit style. He claimed that it took him five hours to dress, and recommended that boots be polished with champagne. His style of dress is often referred to as dandyism, and Gallant & Beau is inspired by his vintage style, which aims to bring a similarly refined look to the modern man.
