Is there any liquid in it?

There is no liquid or any need for a refill. Just plug in and enjoy cleaner, fresher air.

Will it drain your car battery if you leave it plugged in?

Newer model cars will disconnect the 9V outlet when the engine is off and doors are locked. For older model cars, the power consumed is very small so it would be the same drain to the battery as leaving an interior light on.

Do they expire?

It will work for 3-5 years.

How do I clean it to make sure that it continues to work well?

No need to clean it. If there is a yellow attachment that affects the appearance, you can wipe it with a cotton swab dampened with water.

What if you don't have a cigarette lighter?

This can only be plugged into a cigarette lighter so if it does not have
one then this will not work.

Does it emit ozone?

Yes, Ozone concentration 0.05ppm, Less than 0.1ppm of the US standard which is within the safe range.
