The set includes three knives that are expertly crafted from polished stainless steel. Perfect for a cheese board and everyday use, this elegant set of three knives carries the organic shapes that define Georg Jensen's Alfredo collection. Designed with a flat handle that ensures a comfortable grip, the set includes a long knife with a thin blade perfect for soft types of cheese, such as brie; a medium-sized one for spreads like cottage cheese; and a smaller knife to break up bigger pieces of cheese such as parmesan. The knives are dishwasher safe, however we recommend washing them by hand to maintain their finish. Designed by Alfredo Häberli.
