Can it run a CPAP?

This unit should not be used as a CPAP backup. We recommend a Yeti 400 and above as power for your CPAP.

The Sherpa 100AC provides up to two full recharges on a laptop. Keep in mind, that if you are simultaneously charging a phone or other device, the battery will drain faster.
