This Brass and Stag 12" Chef Knife is a real beauty to look at and use, with its hand etched Flora pattern. Designed to mince, slice, dice, chop, julienne, cube or crush any of your favorite ingredients with ease, this knife features a 12.2 oz (345G) weight perfect for letting the knife do all the work.

This wonderful addition to any kitchen features a 7.25" blade with a blade width of 2 inches. The handle is composed of hand-etched Brass bolsters and 100% Natural Elk horn, which is harvested from Elk sheds. 
The handle boasts a width of a full inch with half an inch of thickness, and is 4.25" in length, making it perfect for those who like a firm grip on their knives.

It comes with a sheath for easy transport to and from work or relatives' kitchens. The high quality Damascus blend is composed of 1095 High Carbon and 15n20 Nickel blend steels.
