This Damascus 12" Chef Knife with a Buffalo Horn handle is a real beauty to look at and use with its light weight, sleek cuts of horn and 3 mosaic pins on each side. Designed to mince, slice, dice, chop, julienne, cube or crush any of your favorite ingredients with ease, its high carbon blade keeps an edge longer than it's stainless counterparts, and is very dependable for those precision cuts.

This knife features a lightweight design (190 G / 6.7 OZ), perfect for those who prefer lighter cutlery. This wonderful addition to any kitchen features a 7.25" blade with a blade width of 1.5 inches. The handle is slimmer than most with a width of 0.75" and .4" of thickness, with 4.625" of length. This knife features a total of 6 mosiac pins (3 on each side).

It comes with a sheath for easy transport to and from work or relatives' kitchens. The high quality Damascus blend is composed of 1095 High Carbon and 15n20 Nickel blend steels.
