Product Description
The blade on the Alpha Olive boning knife is perfectly suited for removing bones, and skinning and cutting large pieces of meat and poultry.It even removes tendons and fat effortlessly. Made from stainless chrome-vanadium-molybdenum steel, the blade has been hand-grounded on both sides, allowing for precise cuts along the bones.
A special feature of all Güde knives is the double crop, or a counterweight to the blade, making the knife perfectly balanced. The combination of high-quality steel and the elaborate manufacturing process gives the blade a hardness of approximately 57 HRC, for a special robustness and longevity.
