The Delta meat fork has perfectly sharpened tines, making it easy to serve directly at the table or transfer from the pan or dutch oven. Made from chrome vanadium molybdenum knife steel, the tines are sure to not bend during use and remain permanently sharp.

Each knife in the Güde Delta knife series is hand-forged entirely with a drop hammer. Made from stainless chrome-molybdenum-vanadium knife steel and African grenadilla wood, each piece is extraordinarily balanced for effortless use. Following knife techniques and traditions, the Delta knives are designed with a classic handle shape for comfortable and powerful cuts, chops, and slices every time.
