Cheese is a wonderful finish to a nice meal. And the cutting of solid cheeses can be celebrated wonderfully with a suitable cheese knife. The Kappa hard cheese knife features a stainless and hand-ground chrome vanadium molybdenum knife steel blade. The blade resembles a chef's knife, as it it rigid and allows you to exert enough pressure on the knife to slice through even the hardest of cheeses.

A special feature of all Güde knives is the double crop, or a counterweight to the blade, making the knife perfectly balanced. The combination of high-quality steel and the elaborate manufacturing process gives the blade a hardness of approximately 57 HRC, for a special robustness and longevity.
