FAQ
How does it secure to the floor or what holds it in place?

Both Haven Connect and Haven Mech are secured to the floor via wood screws (included in the box) or concrete screws. Haven Lock uses 6 screws to secure the lock to the floor. The screw install will get you the most stopping strength. We have tested the screw install to be about 10x stronger than a deadbolt. We also offer a 3M tape install, which is available on our website. The 3M Tape install option offers less strength at the convenience of simply sticking the lock to your floor instead of drilling into the floor.
