There's so much to grill with the Summer Grilling Collection, exclusively on Touch of Modern. From strips and burgers to bavettes, each piece has been hand selected, aged 5 or 6 times longer than a grocery steak, and precision cut.

For best results, place the steaks in a pan or dish and thaw over the course of 24 hours in your refrigerator. It's recommended to season the steaks 3-4 hours in advance to allow the salt to penetrate deeply into the steak.
