About the Designer

Michael Langone has been homebrewing beer for more than five years. Even when he first started brewing, Langone began to see ways to improve upon the large, bulky kit that he had started with. Whenever he wanted to make beer, it seemed like half of his tiny kitchen was consumed by plastic buckets and brewing paraphernalia, and he always ended up with more beer than he could drink or even give away! With a background in architecture, product design and woodworking, Langone set out to design his own way to easily brew great beer without all the fuss. Box Brew Kits is the result.
