The HOYT Wine Saver is a innovative solution to preserving your remaining wine after you've already opened the bottle. It's designed to seal the bottle by suctioning out the precise amount of oxygen to keep the wine from going bad. It does so without robbing the wine of it's natural flavor, aroma, and aeration, which is a problem with other stoppers.

This saver was developed in conjunction with an engineer and an independent metrology lab to achieve a scientifically-precise seal, and is the only preserver on the market that has been officially endorsed by a Master Sommelier.

It's also the only stopper that has a visual indicator so you can see if air is getting in the bottle, giving you a constant meter of pressure so you can pump the air out in between openings. Other stoppers allow air to enter your bottle with no warning, spoiling your wine.
