How long will this keep the ice cold?

In room temperature, the ice will slowly start to melt after 45-60 minutes. If you put it in a cooling bag, it can last as long as 6-9 hours depending on the conditions.

Is it easy to wash?

You can wash it by hand or in dishwasher. You can remove the side cover and the trays inside icebreaker in order to clean it properly.
