Aged 25 years, Insurrection Single Grain Scotch Whisky hails from a closed distillery in the Lowlands Region of Scotland. Its name was inspired by the insurrection undertaken by the Catholics in England in the 1500s to assassinate Queen Elizabeth and replace her with Mary, Queen of Scots. The insurrection failed and Mary, Queen of Scots, was beheaded. Her voice may have been silenced, but her legacy is eternal.

This cask strength whisky is packed with flavor. It offers hints of lemongrass and sweet toffee on the nose, while the palate is dominated with strawberries, spice, and citrus fruit. The refined oak and vanilla finish makes this incredible whiskey slightly sweet.

Only 228 hand-numbered bottles were produced—each presented in a handsome, etched wooden box. Insurrection Single Grain Scotch Whisky was named Blended Scotch Whisky of the Year (2021) at the New York International Spirits Competition.
