How flexible is the nib?

Bock steel nibs have a small amount of flex, greater than the average steel nib but still not enough to be considered semi-flex or full flex.

How reliable are these pens about not leaking?

Modern fountain pens do not leak unless there is a defect with the cartridge.

Does the cap post?

Yes, this pen posts.

Does the Blue pen come with Blue ink, and the Black pen with Black?

All pens come with Diamine Midnight Blue ink which is a very dark blue.

Can this pen be used with a converter?

Yes, it can be used with an international standard converter.

What are the recommended uses for each nib? Which size would be best for filling in a lever & which for sending a note?

EF or F is recommended if you are used to a ballpoint in terms of line
width.
M size and B size nibs feel smoother when writing as they plane
better on the page due to their size, but these will have a much thicker
line width compared to a ballpoint. Small handwriting favors smaller nibs.
