After falling in love and having his heart broken, Johnathan Cardillo set out to design a pendant that would serve as a constant reminder that love is dangerous and the heart is fragile. Something that he could wear around his neck to guard his heart, like a small dagger. Thus, the spike collection was born, and has been protecting hearts around the world ever since. Johnathan works exclusively with sterling silver and 18k solid gold. All pendants are manufactured in Los Angeles in small batches in an effort to ensure product quality and support the American economy.
