The Real family has been making exclusive, private-label footwear since 1969. Raised on sussing out the quality of materials and workmanship in his father’s own factory in Spain, Jose became obsessed with making the perfect dress shoe with an unforeseen technical virtuosity. His extensive know-how of last-making, and cultivated knowledge of treating and finishing leather, led him to develop his own footwear line with a team of experienced craftsmen in Italy. Expert construction, a passion for detail, and the unique leather hues and textures are what makes a Jose Real shoe stand out from the crowd.
