The name El Clásica says it all. Joseph Ryan decided to maximize the real estate of the board and keep it as square as possible. It's a simply rustic serving and cutting board, with a comfortable easy to grip and serve handle.

All El Clásica Boards come in a hand sewn burlap bag, pre soaked in food grade mineral oil, and a hand rubbed organic beeswax finish. The designers always suggest washing your board before and after use. They also do not recommend leaving food on wooden kitchenwares for excessive amounts of time.
