About the Designer

Kafti Design was established in 2007 by two sisters: Monika Brauntsch and Sonia Slabon. The idea to set up a design company was always present; the sisters read a fairytale about an "Amazing Bird Kafti" that had the power to brighten the interior of a palace. The bird became a symbol of ideas that were unique and exceptional. This inspiration, along with their passion for design, later resulted in a design studio called Kafti.
