Kukeri Wines sources grapes from some of the most unusual vineyards in Napa Valley and Sonoma County. They treat the fruit as gently as possible, producing small lots of quality wines that showcase the complexity, power, finesse, and specific terroir of Cabernet Sauvignon grown in Mount Veeder, and Pinot Noir from Petaluma Gap, Los Carneros, and Russian River Valley.

The 2018 Kukeri Cabernet Sauvignon is true to the characteristics of Howell Mountain appellation, exhibiting dark concentrated fruit flavors of wild blueberries and black cherries and well-integrated fine-grained tannins with excellent mountain acidity. Big, bold, and ultra-ripe on the attack, packed with small black fruit preserves and boysenberries, doused with crème de cassis. A hint of mountain forest, cedar and rich vanilla French oak flavors also combine these aromatics to create this massively rich, full-bodied mountain Cabernet Sauvignon.

This wine is a superb candidate for cellaring and should mature well over the next 10 years.
