The TACTICAL ONE Bulletproof Backpack Pro is a highly functional, sophisticated, everyday backpack designed for today’s world. The hidden armor panel pockets and separation zipper allows the wearer to transform the Bulletproof Backpack Pro into a protective vest, protecting both your front and your back with two hidden body armor panels included inside.
In addition to its innovative design, the Tactical One is equipped with a storage compartment designed to hold up your laptop or tablet, as well as a heavy duty internal velcro and nylon strapping system for enhanced organization. An additional RFID blocking pocket at the back is ideal for keeping your ID, credit cards, passport, and other sensitive data safe from electronic pickpocketing.
The internal organizer and felt-lined sunglasses pocket keep your go-to small essentials secure and neatly in place, while the high performance waterproof fabric ensures all your valuables are protected from the elements season after season.

Is there an easy access pistol pocket with room for an extra mag?Yes. These backpacks have pockets that are suitable for concealed carry now within the backpacks; to include hidden pockets that are readily accessible once the backpacks are deployed into a protective vest.
How long are the armor panels good for? Will they need to be replaced to maintain their armor effectiveness?The armor panels are guaranteed for 5 years. They will not need to be replaced until then.
What kind of rounds can it stop?It’s NIJ Level IIIA and is rated to stop up to 6 rounds of a .44 magnum.
Can you take this backpack on a plane (assuming the armored plates are installed)?From Leatherback Gear, 'Great question! During development and testing, this was a key issue for us to confirm and verify otherwise it wouldn't make sense for our backpacks to be sold in our mind. Rest assured our backpacks travel through airports all over the world from Las Vegas to Los Angeles to New York to Toronto to Copenhagen to Dubai to Tokyo to Bogota and everywhere in between.
The TSA has a list of items that are prohibited from flying, of which body armor is not on. You may take armor with you in 1 of 2 ways: checked baggage and/or carry-on baggage. This backpack is absolutely a carry-on item.'
