The founder, Alyse Fratto, was introduced to the family craft by her Great-Aunt Rosa Leone. During a summer apprenticeship in San Remo, Italy, she immersed herself in the rituals of her family’s heritage-curating candles for European nobility. She mastered the techniques passed down within her lineage and made it her mission to share with the world the fruits of her family’s labor. A vision that would become what Leone is today fueled Alyse to make sure the world would have a chance to experience what was once Europe’s best kept secret.
