Mention arsenic and the first thing that comes to most people's minds is some sort of medieval poison. That's all thanks to arsenic trioxide and the many other compounds it forms, which have been fed to unsuspecting husbands and enemies throughout the ages. Regular elemental arsenic is much less notorious, though. Sometimes it's found in its native state, but is typically sold as an amorphous gray or black powder. Shiny arsenic - like the 1g ampoule offered here - is a nearly impossible quest, because it's reactive to the air itself, and will dissolve at the slightest exposure.
