Founders Trevor Corlett and Ryan Knapp are award winning baristas and educators, and Madcap is their line of specialty roasted beans. They operate a Zero-Waste facility and maintain excellent relationships with the farmers that provide their beans to ensure that their products aren't just sustainable, but beneficial to everyone involved.
