What is the warranty and how does one get support if there is a problem?

All of our watch winders come with a One (1) year limited warranty. A warranty card is shipped with each unit. To report any malfunction, call 1-888-486-8437. Gunther Mele will repair, replace or supply any defective part at their option. Purchaser should present warranty card along with original bill of sale as validation of warranty coverage.
