Product Description

Martenero watches are designed for versatility, legibility, and classic style, inspired by designs of the 50s, 60s, and 70s. Only 1,000 of each piece is produced, after which the design is retired forever. This watch is designed and assembled in New York, made from surgical grade steel using automatic movements known for reliability, and is water resistant to 100 Meters. Each component is individually sourced, using local craftsmen wherever possible. The result is the Founder in White, a stunningly beautiful and minimally made watch with a Miyota 821A movement.

MARTENERO began with a chance encounter. The two founders were surprised to run into each other in an unusual location: the corner of Martín de los Heros and Romero Robleado in Madrid, Spain. This meeting was responsible for a friendship, many adventures, and ultimately the brand.  The name MARTENERO is derived from the combination of these two streets.
