If used inside, doesn’t the room fill up with smoke from the smoker? How does it prevent smoke entering the room?

We recommend using your venting fan on while cooking as all stoves should be equipped with one to take in all smoke.

Does it work with gas cooktops?

Yes. It works with all HOBs.

Does it work on glass top electric stoves?

Yes, it works on all HOBs.

Can you use it on a induction cooker?

Yes, you can use it on an induction cooker.

What's the total cooking space of the inside?

The total inside cooking space is 12inches.

Do you need to any fluid to the bottom of the pan when smoking or just add heat to the empty pan when the smoke chips are burning?

We suggest soaking the chips in the water prior to use and adding a tablespoon of water.

Can it be used as a steamer?

Yes, it can be used as a steamer.

How does it compare to a cast iron skillet?

This item is a completely different tool than a cast iron Skillet. The purpose of this pan is to smoke, steam, and fry. Also, this wok is made of Stainless Steel, not Cast Iron.
