The remarkable design and solid construction of the Super Janet make it a real hero in any space. Made from cast aluminum and heavy stamped steel, this reversible ceiling fan is finished with three solid wood blades that move air with barely a whisper. The vaulted ceiling mount canopy is compatible with angled ceilings up to 30 degrees. The addition of an eco-conscious, dimmable LED light completes the package. Both the fan and the light are easily controlled via the wall-mounted 6-speed wireless controls or the included hand-held remote.

How many inches from the ceiling to the bottom of fan?

It will depend on the product but the down rod is cuttable. Safest should be at least about 5 inches.
