Descendent from the Qing dynasty, who fled their home in 1842 with a single, hand-made pocket watch designed by the best craftsman of its time, no one understands the timelessness of watches quite like Kiu Tai-Yu. Inspired by the centuries-old timepiece his family stowed away for generations, Tai-Yu decided to turn his unique vision into reality, making watches that utilize the fine architecture and precise engineering of the Swiss, while imbuing an ornamentation and sensibility of 5000 years of Chinese history and culture.
