About the Designer

Mika Barr is a fresh textile and print designer based in Tel Aviv, Israel. Working from her studio, she creates unique textiles, in various printing techniques. Mika likes to work with matter, with her hands, and she welcomes mistakes and surprises that lead sometimes to revelations during her research. Her inspiration derives from nature, from the city, and from different structures, both natural and man-made.
