The 10" Ultimate Skillet is a enameled cast iron skillet that delivers quality heat distribution, even cooking, and durability without the complicated care rituals of raw cast iron. Ready to go out of the box, this cast iron pan is oven-safe to 500℉, compatible with all stovetops, and is even dishwasher friendly!

Made from 40% recycled cast-iron, this pre-seasoned cast-iron cookware is finished with two layers of painted enamel from TOMATEC© to enhance lifetime durability and performance. The modern spray technique ensures a homogenous finish that eliminates the weak spots that can be found in cheaper alternatives. The 4.5mm base strikes the ideal balance between heat distribution and retention for superb cooking results every time. The 3.8mm walls reduce any unnecessary heft and add the perfect touch of modern flair to any kitchen.

From the earliest stages of the design process, every detail was carefully considered to provide home chefs with an ergonomic and thoughtful cooking experience. The design was influenced by the rich history of cast iron cookware from eastern and western cultures around the world, specifically 17th-century Nambu ironware from Japan and 19th-century American cookware. By combining eastern and western design aesthetics, Milo cookware celebrates the relationship between durable materials, minimal forms, and function that anyone can rely on.
