The Hybrid is precision forged from a single piece of tempered, high-carbon, Japanese made AUS-8 steel that ensures razor sharpness, long edge retention, impeccable strength and lasting durability. It boasts 50% more carbon used then other knives in this category, with a proprietary mix of elements used to craft a knife that is resistant to rusting while maintaining a sharper edge.

With an HRC 58+ rating, the blade is harder then virtually all knives in this category. The durable G10 "fiber resin" handle resists moisture and has a symmetrical shape, allowing it to sit comfortably in either your left or right hand. The strong material used in the handle allows for the knife to withstand the rigors and harsh environments of any kitchen. The knife also includes a soft microfiber towel to keep the blade clean and polished, and comes in a beautiful gift box.
