All Mondrian products are made in Portugal by experience artisans with premium materials: Italian and Spanish cowhides, suedes, nubucks, as well as different types of rubber-combined-matrices to achieve the perfect balance.
The leather is treated with neither chemicals nor metals, in a process using only vegetable dyes. This method respects the environment thanks to a reduced consumption of water, gas, electricity and a decrease in atmospheric CO2 emissions during production.

This makes our footwear more comfortable, more biodegradable and, therefore, more sustainable, while also helping to avoid allergies.
The interior removable insoles of Mondrian models are made with EVA rubber and leather, giving the footwear excellent stability and comfort.

Removable EVA insoles - made of ethylene vinyl acetate - are very lightweight, durable, resistant and extremely comfortable.
Insole and lining - the natural properties of the leather used in the interior template, such as the structure of its pores, help make it more breathable and absorbent than other materials, while also being strong and durable.
