Monet's Palate celebrates the life of French Impressionist painter Claude Monet. Many people only knew Monet for his art, but he was also a lover of his garden and cooking which helped define his gourmet palate. Monet's Cabernet Sauvignon is an extension of the celebrated Monet's Palate Cookbook, as well as the acclaimed documentary Monet's Palate.

This Cabernet Sauvignon is a lusciously deep and concentrated cherry red color. The nose conjures up black fruits like blackberry, and spices like black pepper. The tannins in the mouth are very pleasant with elegant yet discreet woody notes that blend well with roasted cocoa notes.

At the steps of the Mediterranean Coast, Les Costières de Pomerols is one of the largest and most celebrated producers in the Languedoc region. Established in 1932, it boasts almost 4,500 acres in the Bassin de Thau with exports to 43 countries. The Bassin de Thau also provides a temperate Mediterranean climate with a cool sea breeze, and a diverse soil of limestone, red marl, clay, sand, and stone.

Partnering with Saverglass, the Cabernet Sauvignon features a unique label that properly recreates a Monet's masterpiece. They use organic ink and an advanced Quadrichromie decoration process to achieve the distinct, rich colors. The bottle is then closed with a high-end top to ensure the quality of the wine.
