The Sagrada Chandelier draws its simple yet intricate form from the shape that we know as the hyperboloid. The body of the chandelier is made from copper rods that are connected to a raw steel component on each end. The lighting is supplied by LEDs. The Sagrada Chandelier is able to maintain its gracious shape because of the engineered connections between the copper rods and steel plates. The light shines into the sculptural form creating a shadow play on the surrounding environment.
