Product Description

This is an Ancient Roman Bronze coin from the great Roman Empire that dates back nearly 2,000 years set on a contemporary .925 sterling silver necklace.

Maximian was Emperor of Rome from 286-305 AD. He was Caesar from 285 to 286, then Augustus from 286 to 305. He shared the latter title with his co-emperor and superior, Diocletian, whose political brain complemented Maximian’s military brawn. Obverse features Hercules standing left holding branch and club, lion skin over arm, and "HERCVLI PACIFERO".
