The aromas are layered with pipe tobacco, log cabin fire, moist steel, dried poblano peppers, and fine quality oak. Sweet, toasty fresh brown spice leads to the impression of richness and complexity. This is a beautifully perfumed, supple wine, drinking amazingly well considering how young it is but also can hold up for years to come.

Silver Oak 2019 Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
The 2019 Silver Oak Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon has notes of red cherry, raspberry, blackberry, iris, vanilla, and clove. Ruby in color, this elegant wine has great acidity and lift on the mid-palate. Black currant and warm baking spices linger with a deep and fruity finish. It will provide drinking pleasure through 2047 given proper cellaring.
