About the Designer

Melissa Moore is a self-taught designer/artist and holds a B.A. degree in Biology. She has developed a formal art and design practice over the past 8 years and has been developing products and prototypes for Nikkuu for the past two years. She uses a variety of traditional and sustainable methods and materials to achieve results that produce unique and forward-thinking lighting, home accessories, furniture, and jewelry.
