Fy Hawai‘i Wet Organic Gin believes in good vibes and premium organic ingredients. Their artfully blended flavors are just as harmonious as the blending of people, languages, and cultures that make up Hawai‘i. The word "Fy" means "five" in Hawaiian-English Pidgin—a reference to the number of ingredients used to create the complex yet balanced taste experience.

The term “London Dry” specifically refers to a process in making gin spirits where all the flavors must be added during the distillation process— and be predominately juniper. Hawai‘i wet gin embodies a new style that allows flavors to be added after the distillation process, and throws a smirk to all the old rules they're breaking while doing it. This provides more balanced and complex aromatic tasting experiences.

Perfectly balanced to excite all your taste receptors, the botanicals include sugar cane (sweet), juniper (bitter), lime (sour), lavender (umami), and ginger (salty). Simply put, it’s delicious and not boring. The bottle is designed with an extra-large opening for use as a vase after the spirits are consumed.
