From the mecca of micro-brews, the Yakima Spinning Tops are turned from brass, stainless steel, and copper billets and then hand-finished. The design heralds a hop right before harvesting. The grip is knurled for a strong spin, and it contains a ceramic (silicon nitride) press fit contact point. The spinner often looks suspended and motionless until it finishes whirling on its side! Average spin times are 3-5 minutes with recorded spins by community members over 9! These spinners are perfect for every day carry. Why the name Yakima? The Pacific Northwest produces 96% of all hops in the US, and the Yakima Valley accounts for most of that production. Most hop farms are family-owned and independently-run operations, just like NW Tops.
