This is an interesting pair of stock certificates from the late 1800s from 2 different companies bearing similar names. The Oil Creek Gas, Mineral, & Mining Company certificate has never been issued and is in excellent condition. The Oil Creek & Allegheny River Rail Way Company certificate features an exceptional vignette of a contemporary steam locomotive juxtaposed with men in boats and riding horses.
