About the Designer

Albrecht Dürer was a German painter, engraver, printmaker, mathematician, and theorist from Nuremberg known for his intricate woodcut prints. Still regarded as one of the greatest artist of the Northern Renaissance, the multi-talented artist created altarpieces, religious works, numerous portraits and self-portraits and copper engravings in addition to his signature woodcuts.
